Jayce rolls his eyes and flushes slightly, a little pink in his tan skin, although it cannot be seen well during the midst of a storm. And he's alright with that, as long as he gets to do his stuff. But he would be lying if he said he didn't feel pride when called the golden boy. The vindication of others isn't something he wants to care about, but he glows underneath it.
Luckily no matter how big his ego gets or people feed it, Viktor will always be good at leveling him out. He is sincere too, in a quieter way. Blunt, direct, honest, and Jayce likes not having to guess at his opinion. Although sometimes he does guess at what is going on in his head. His brilliant, always working head.
