Before anything more can be said the light drizzle transforms into a full rain, crashing down with little regard to the chill. Viktor curses under his breath in a language he usually saves for such frustrations or half asleep research notes, raising his hand to try and shield his eyes and face as he looks around. Most stores already closed at this hour, though maybe there are awnings somewhere still rolled out, he hopes. He leans closer to Jayce when the wind cuts through again.
