[They're ridiculous titles, but Jayce wears them well. Viktor's not so fond of Councilor, but Golden Boy is certainly apt, especially when Jayce is looking at him like this. He knows he'd balk at being given such titles himself, but he'd never wanted that kind of recognition anyway. Having Jayce all for himself, despite the strange way they came to be here, is more than enough. The quick peck becomes a deeper kiss, and then Jayce is sliding Viktor's fingers into his mouth and the sight of it is simply obscene.]

He starts to move his hand steadily, pressing his hips forward in an attempt to take all of the air out from between them. Jayce's hand provides more friction, but Viktor can tell he's trying very hard not to move, otherwise. It occurs to him that he's awaiting further permission, which he can't say he dislikes.
And he does get the idea that Jayce likes to look at him--likes the way he looks, when he's straddling him and giving instruction, so he does his best to provide that, arching into him, gazing up with half-lidded eyes.]
