Jayce has singular focus on what he desires or is interested in, and now Viktor is going to get the full weight of his total attention. Nothing else exists to him outside of this bed and this man. He likes how relaxed and comfortable Viktor seems to be with him, trusting that he can make good on his promise. There is trust in letting Jayce guide here and he appreciates it. He has no doubt Viktor will speak up if he wants something.
Viktor is less obvious than Jayce when it comes to reaction so he soaks in the sharp inhale. Jayce takes in more of him, sliding his hand in a nice solid stroke, up to where his mouth is and down again. Any plans to continue to make this slow go out the window when Viktor speaks and Jayce shudders, eyes snapping up to him. It probably isn't a surprise that any kind of compliment makes pleasure shoot through him, responding to the encouragement with a sound between a moan and a whimper.

He starts moving up and down on him much quicker now, ramping up, feeling the slide of Viktor from his lips deeper into his throat.
