Listen, if I couldn't advocate strongly enough for my own partner, I wasn't going to advocate strongly enough for the Undercity. I thought when I became a Councilor I would use my power to do all the things we wanted, but I ended up enforcing the us vs. them mindset. I didn't make things better, I made it better for Piltover, and worse for the Undercity.
I'm not saying this because I want you to tell me it's okay or argue my case for me. I heard you when you said I am Piltover, and I was given opportunity that I squandered. This is not self-loathing or self-pity talking, it's awareness. I can't fix what I did there from here, but I hope that being more aware of my flaws will keep me from making the same choices.
