It is absolutely a fantasy, the idea of Viktor being jealous and possessive when there will never be a reason to be. But Jayce likes it for that reason, since he is the jealous one, and it does something for him. He lets that wash over him, that Viktor would assert power over him and others to keep him, the idea of it not the reality, and it works well. "Because I'm yours," he murmurs, "yours."
The increasing movement of his hand and the image of it mashed up with the reality of Viktor's lips on him, his desire for Jayce, is all that is needed at that point. The pleasure washes over him as he doesn't even rock up into Viktor's hand, he lets it take him there, increasingly moaning louder.
Jayce's eyes roll up and his hand goes almost too tight curling into Viktor's hair as he spasms and comes, only jerking up now as he gets all of it out of him. He is left heaving, sweating, and raggedly breathing, letting go of his hair as he relaxes. "V, kiss me."
