Yes, Viktor started it. Yes, he knew exactly what he was doing--and maybe this is for him, too, to get his mind off the meeting he had with Strange and focus his efforts on something entirely more pleasurable. Now they're more comfortable, with fewer clothes in the way, and Viktor is pressed up against Jayce's warm body. They both know where this is going to go. Loath as he is to continue stroking Jayce's ego, there's still a part of him that wants to make sure Jayce knows he's appreciated.
He lets himself be pulled down, settling into their current arrangement and kissing Jayce slowly. They could just stay like this, he thinks, but Jayce is so warm underneath him and so responsive to his touch. He wants to see what he can accomplish with just his hands alone. The fact that Jayce is so attractive is just a bonus.
"I'm enjoying it. Trust me." That much is evident by the way he slides his hand across Jayce appreciatively, squeezing at his chest again, just for punctuation. "Are you so surprised, that I'd want to touch you like this?"
